We created a model of an apartment building on the territory of the HHMI Research Institute in such a way that it could be exported to various programs for the implementation of all possible BIM scenarios, including the tasks of design, coordination, construction and operation. An integrated approach to modeling allows you to use the same model at different stages of the housing and communal services, updating and optimizing it for specific goals and objectives. We have a unique experience in developing information modeling standards that take into account the interests of both design and construction organizations.
