Greensboro Regional Airport

Our team assisted the architectural company PGAL in creating a model of the existing airport building. When developing a model of any object, we pay maximum attention to details, work through all available documentation, verify drawings based on photographs, photospheres, and laser scanning results. The time spent at the beginning of the project on such a thorough study pays off, as a detailed model helps to make key decisions on time and serves as a source of information at all stages of the construction process. The correct representation of all load-bearing structures in the model allows us to consider various design options at the early stages of the design process.

Work on the existing building was carried out in a single model located on the BIM 360 server at the PGAL hub in close collaboration with the architectural team and parallel work on the draft design.
