Creating a digital twin for exploitation

In our gym project at the HHMI Institute, we created an exact digital replica of the building, which accompanied the construction process at all stages.
The design model of the gym on the territory of the HHMI Research Institute was created by us according to the developed strict standards, was updated at all stages of the construction process and, upon transfer to the customer, represented a complete information copy (Digital Twin) of the constructed building. This made it possible to export the model to the EcoDomus shared data environment and apply advanced augmented reality technologies, where a virtual hologram of building systems is superimposed on a real object. This provides the widest opportunities for staff training, studying the features of the constructed facility, and rapid response in case of critical situations.
