ABOUT
PROJECT

The new scientific and technical complex, designed by Behnisch Architekten Architectural Bureau, is a living laboratory for interdisciplinary research, learning and innovation, created to foster a sense of community on the Alston campus.

Built in 2020, the Harvard University Innovation Building required innovative operational solutions. The owner had a request to improve the existing FM model by integrating a leak control system for liquid engineering systems into it.

Our team has developed a unique algorithm for collecting engineering systems in Revit software, which made it possible to deploy an automatic leak tracking system for all rooms of the scientific and technical complex. All liquid engineering systems of the FM model have been redesigned to meet the requirements of such a system, which allowed the customer to be able to monitor all shut-off valves and monitor leaks in real time in specialized operating software.
