The administrative building of the medical center is one of the first projects in the world fully optimized for operational needs based on design documentation and models. In the course of the work, many problems were identified related to the narrow focus of design organizations on the production of project documentation without taking into account the interests of builders and the customer.
Together with the customer and EcoDomus engineers, we have developed various BIM scenarios for using the model for the operation of the facility. Based on this information, a roadmap was developed for making the minimum necessary changes to the design model. After all the adjustments, the Revit files were uploaded to the customer's server for further use by the facility's engineering team.
