ABOUT
The Institute of Neurodiagnostics is an innovative facility designed to improve the conditions of detention and treatment of patients in Marion County
The building is a complex engineering structure and meets the advanced requirements of safety, quality of engineering systems and the practice of using green technologies. To ensure the operation of such a complex facility, it was decided to use BIM for the operation of the facility. Together with EcoDomus, we have provided a full range of services for adapting the design model, verifying it based on laser scanning results and including all available construction information in the form of filling in parameters to obtain a complete and up-to-date performance model in Revit. After verification, the model was exported to EcoDomus for access by all services involved in the maintenance of the facility.
At the moment, the information model is used by the customer, is updated during the operation of the facility, serves as the basis for internal employee training, service assignments, and is used for capital planning.
