The residential building is a 35-storey tower with 280 apartments and a stylobate part in the form of a multi-storey parking lot
The information model was developed based on the design documentation in close cooperation with construction contractors to create installation drawings and conduct 3D coordination between the various building systems. The information model made it possible to find and solve a number of undeveloped design solutions and save significant funds during installation work.
The model was used to coordinate temporary building structures and lifting equipment, as well as to visualize a step-by-step construction plan.
